Hi Tide dispensary is committed to caring for the health and wellbeing of our patients, retail customers, and employees. The Hi Tide family is dedicated to playing a constructive role in supporting local health officials, and government leaders in fighting the spread of COVID19. We adhere to the most stringent protocols when maintaining the cleanliness and safety standards recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and the Maryland Health Department. For your convenience and peace of mind, we offer safe and easy curbside pickup.

During the checkout process, you will be assigned a pickup time window. This time is automatically generated by our ordering platform. While ordering close to closing hours may result in next day pickup, often your order will be ready right away.  We recommend placing your order 3 hours ahead of your desired pickup time. Wait for your confirmation text stating that your order is ready, then to head to the store.

Medical marijuana is not currently federally legal. As such, medical cannabis dispensaries in the state of Maryland can only service patients with current Maryland Medical Cannabis certifications. Anyone over the age of 18 can visit The Reef section of Hi Tide for gear and CBD products.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Step 1.  Explore  menu and new weekly specials!

Step 2. Place your order. If you want to redeem rewards points, make a note in the comments section, and tell your runner when you arrive that you’d like to redeem your rewards. You will not need to enter payment info when ordering on our website. Hi Tide can only accept cash.

Step 3. Wait for your confirmation text telling you your order is ready.

Step 4. Come to Hi Tide! You can claim your order in the store with a mask, and even speak with a budtender, or stay cozy in your car while we serve you curbside!

Step 5. When you arrive, give your money and medical cannabis card to your curbside compassionate care provider. If it’s your first time, please let us know, and be ready to provide your medical cannabis card or ID number, your driver’s license, and your phone number to be registered in our system. If you’re a veteran, we want to thank you for your service with our veteran’s discount. Please provide your veteran’s ID and we will add it to your profile.

Step 6. We ring up your order, including all of your discounts, and sticker each of your products. Your change will be included with your order in your bag, and you can get going on your very Mari way! 

*Discounts on specials not reflected on IheartJane will be taken in the store when you come to pick up your order! Please note, sale price items and already discounted items will have no further discounts.
