Eligibility: Our delivery service is available exclusively to valid Maryland medical patients. Please note that Maryland does not recognize out-of-state medical cards.

Delivery Area: Our delivery radius covers approximately 15 miles from our store location at 12600 Marjan Lane, Ocean City, MD 21842.

Delivery Vehicle: Currently, we operate one delivery vehicle, and delivery scheduling may vary depending on demand. Rest assured, we’re working hard to meet your needs efficiently.

Minimum Order: To utilize our delivery service, there is an $80 minimum order requirement after any applicable discounts.

No Delivery Charge: We are pleased to offer our delivery service with no additional delivery charges. Your convenience is our priority.
How to Place a Delivery Order:
To place a delivery order, simply use our online ordering system through our menu. Look for the “delivery” tab and complete the required information. Your order will then be added to our delivery queue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
New Customers:
If you’ve never visited Hi Tide and purchased products from us before, our dedicated delivery representative will call you to gather and verify your Maryland medical card ID number. To expedite this process, please make sure to include your phone number in the comment section during the ordering process or call our store directly. We’re here to assist you in fulfilling your first order seamlessly.
Returning Customers:
For those who have previously purchased from Hi Tide, rest assured that we have all your information on file. You can proceed with placing your delivery order with confidence.
