To become a medical cannabis patient in the state of Maryland, you must first register with the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission. You will be asked to upload some verifying documents, and a picture. Approval of your application may take up to as long as 45 days due to increasing demand. Make an appointment to speak with a Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission certifying physician or medical practitioner over the phone.
Once you are registered with the (MMCC), you will then need to speak with a Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission certifying physician or medical practitioner. This appointment can be done over the phone.
